I would suggest you to go for IT branch in KIET. KIET has better placements as compared to AKGEC. The students of KIET are doing great in other activities also. After getting admission in KIET, if you want to go for a branch change in 2nd year, you can do that(you should have scored required marks in 1st year for change). I have no idea about pranveer singh institute of Technology Or akgec  placements, however being LPU faculty, i can share LPU placements. LPU provides plenty of opportunities to its students to take part in events, competitions, fests in order to let them grow their personality and give them a chance to polish their skills.The students of LPU has been placed in the top companies with high salary packages. The placements have been divided as dream packages and bulk recruiters. Apart from placements, many eminent companies approach LPU to hire students for internships. A Salary package of 42 LPA was offered by Microsoft.

Yes you can get a seat in these private university but you wont get a seat in CSE as there cutoff is very high but since you have a quota you can possibly get CSE also but for other branches like IT,ME you can get a good seat in these private colleges

Your rank is very very high to take Admission  in colleges like JSS, KIET, AKGEC. There is no course like Car Trade in  B.Tech. In order to get Mechanical Engineering in these Colleges you need to havee rank around 15000. With 68000 rank you can get admission in colleges like ITS, IILM, KCC, GNIOT, etc.
