If you want to get admission in any state AIIMS college you have to score at least 110+ for general category, 105+ for obc, 95+ for SC/ST.

The minimum qualifying marks for General category student is 50% marks.

So inoreder to be in d safe zone to land up in one the AIIMS in the country you need to have a min score of 120-130.

Yes, You can get seat in aiims but not in Aiims delhi, in others aiims college like aiims rishikesh,aiims bhopal etc...if you belongs to OBC and ST category then may be not sure, you get Aiims delhi.
