Sunny AIIMS eligibility criteria states that any student from unreserved or OBC category should obtain minimum 60% marks in biology, physics, chemistry and English. However for SC/ST/PWD category minimum marks obtained should be 50%. So your eligibility will depend on the category you belong to.
