You have good chances of getting  government  seat at these marks under 85% state quota.But some states have higher cut offs like Tamil Nadu and Rajasthan. As for Andhra Pradesh  and you from general category you will able to get good government college as this rank is not much bad

Both the institute are very good in terms of academics but if we analyze deeper then NIT AP is better from IIIT Pune because:
