As you mention your rank in appgecet but you didn't mention your category as your category also play important role to get admission but with your rank you may have very less chance to get the admission in JNTUK..
There are other good colleges where can you try ..

Hello aspirant ! Let me to inform you that according to the previous years cut off rank the rank for a bc-d male candidate is not enough to mechanical engineering. You can get other branches like electronics and communication, computer science, information technology but mechanical the chances are bleak. You can check the details here :

As the dates were not yet announced officially, it is highly to tell the exact date. Mostly the counselling will be based on the rank you secured in the AP PGECET. As the first preference is given to the the GATE and GPAT students, the counselling dates were not yet announced officially for the AP PGECET Qualified Students. The final date for filling in the application form for AP PGECET and payment of fees was 11 July, 2019. If you have not filled in the application or paid the fee, then you may not be entitled to be benefitted from the AP PGECET Counselling process that would take place soon.
