Department of School Education and Literacy, Ministry of Education (MoE) offers the National Means-cum-Merit Scholarship (NMMS) annually to provide scholarships to students of economically weaker sections. Students studying in class VIII from any recognized board with parental income less than or equal to Rs. 1,50,000 are eligible to fill NMMS application form. The Assam NMMS exam date is not yet declared nor is the date for the release of the application form. Keep an eye on the official website or the link below for the latest information. Last year the application form was released in the month of October so it is expected that this year too the application form is released in the next month.

The eligibility criteria of CEEAH 2023 Assam is that candidates should have passed the 10+2 examination with Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and English as main subjects with 50% aggregate marks and 40% marks for OBC/ST/SC category.
