Robotics engineering is rarely taught and sought in India , be it be NIT or IIT. You have a fair chance outside India, but you can get specialization in Mechanical engineering or electives here.

1) IIT-Kanpur offers a masters programme in Robotics Engineering.

2)The Institute of Technology under the Banaras

The total number of seats depend college to college so please tell which one you are asking for?

There is no Automation Engineering in GGSIPU. If you want some similar course, then you can opt for Tool Engineering at DITE, Delhi.

Otherwise you can look for some other universities, if your only interest is Automation.
