yes, you may get job, you can apply for various companies and also mention your courses which has related with the job prospect.but it may be difficult to get a job in high reputed organization, because they dont hire candidates who dont have any technical experience. however you can try in startups, because there is many learning opportunities in start up companies , but salary may be quite low. once you get 2 years of experience you may switch to other organization.

see most of the students go for master courses in foreign after completing b.tech in india. see its not easy to get admission in abroad university, first of all you need to qualify in any of the language proficiency test like ielts, toefel etc. also you need to have good score is 12th exam as well as it needs a good letter of recommendation. and you need to have lot of money, its true that some university gives scholarship but it is not enough to cover all expenses of studying and rent. compare to other country germany is cheap but in many german university they teach the ug courses in local language , so it quite difficult for students to cope up with it.
