As you have got 81.5974 in JEE mains BArch, it is difficult to get seat in any government college as the cut off for general category 2020 is 90.3765

However you can participate in state counselling of states like Punjab, Haryana and Uttarakhand.

Yes you absolutely can. The maths which you are worried about is just the basics that is of class 10th level so yes you can. And most importantly believe you can. And when you will be pursuing your MBA you will again be taught all those concepts again.
