If you want a branch which is already full then you put that for waitlist and take up some other branch. If due to some cancellations there is a vacancy in your waitlisted branch then you will be offered the seat.

The marks secured in BHU UET will be accepted by BHU only. No other college accepts it. Since you have secured good marks in UET try contacting the authorities to help you out and explain your problem to them

As per your marks and rank in BHU UET 2018, and category, you won't get admission in BHU in B.Sc Agriculture course. The cut off for General is very high.
