my blat rank is 94 with 299 mark and gen category but my name for seat allotment is in waiting list.can a get a seat in main campus?

If you want a branch which is already full then you put that for waitlist and take up some other branch. If due to some cancellations there is a vacancy in your waitlisted branch then you will be offered the seat.
