Sorry to inform you that you marks is not good enough to get admission in NITs or IITs for B.Arch. After checking the previous year cutiff trends it'd be difficult to get a seat into your desired college. But you can hope to get a government college.

First of all, you haven’t mentioned the name of college in which you want to get admission in.

Now, only 50% marks is required in10+2 level to be eligible in NATA

And 40% is required to get qualified in NATA, that is , students scoring 80 out of 200 will

Let me tell you as you are asking about Percentage in 12th, then Yeah it is necessary for getting admission into B.ARCH Courses in which admission shall we done through JEE MAINS,After Normalization You should have atleast 55 % for SC/ST and 60 % Marks for General in 12th

Jawaharlal Nehru Architecture and fine arts University, Hyderabad

It is a state universitiy not a central University

For getting admitted there you should have written ts EAMCET 

The cutoffs for b planning is 40 thousand approximately
