Let me tell you as you are asking about Percentage in 12th, then Yeah it is necessary for getting admission into B.ARCH Courses in which admission shall we done through JEE MAINS,After Normalization You should have atleast 55 % for SC/ST and 60 % Marks for General in 12th

It is a state universitiy not a central University

If you are confused among the two college OmDayal and Amity than go for amity. Because amity is very big chain of college, you will get better exposure, facilities and placement opportunities than omdayal. So amity is better between two.
