Hello,

BASLP (Batchlor of audiology speech language pathology), a four year degree course is a multidisciplinary one with core subjects of speech pathology, language pathology & audiology. The allied subjects are linguistics, electronics, acoustics, psychology and statistics. Thats a very good scope to make future bright & beautiful.

eligibility for the BASLP course in INDIA_

  1. You must have completed Class 12 level of education from a recognised board.
  2. You must have a background in the Science stream i.e., must have studied Chemistry, Physics and Biology or Mathematics in Class 12.

note that,

Admissions are done on the basis of the eligibility set by the respective colleges and marks scores in the class 12 exams. But in some colleges, they conduct their own entrance exams for the admission of BASLP programmes. Following are some exams basis through which BASLP admissions are done:

  • AIIMS UG (All India Institute of Medical Sciences) Under Graduate Entrance Exam
  • NEET-UG (National Eligibility cum Entrance Test) Under Graduate Entrance Exam
  • PGIMER UG Entrance Exam
  • JIPMER UG Entrance Exam
  • GGSIPU UG Entrance Exam

Greetings aspirant!

Maharashtra University of health sciences offers various courses in health sciences. Registration for MUHS is going on right now and the last date to apply is not yet announced. Whole application process will be online and you will have to pay a fee of 1k for  submission.


For Bachelor of Audiology and Speech Language Therapy the basic admission criteria will be 10+2 with 50% marks in Physics, Chemistry and Biology/Biotechnology and NEET UG.

So it will be necessary for you to take NEET UG if you haven't applied already for it apply as soon as possible. If you have doubts regarding NEET UG feel free to ask.

Yes, you can do BASLP courses through mhcet.
Eligibility for Bachelor in Audiology & Speech-Language Pathology.
Candidates wishing to apply for the course need to fulfil the following minimum eligibility criteria.

Senior Secondary (10+2) qualification, in the Science stream, completed from a recognized educational Board.

A minimum aggregate score of 50% (45% for SC/ST/OBC candidates) at the 10+2 level.

Physics, Chemistry, Math/ Biology as the main subjects of study at the 10+2 level.

Candidates awaiting their 10+2 examinations results are also eligible to apply on provisional basis.
