Last year cutoff of IIM Visakhapatnam was 85 percentile for general category. So if we consider last year trend then your daughter has low chance. However cutoff percentile may change. You can check detail here

To be noted, only those students who had taken SCIENCE in their class 11 and 12 can answer NEET with physics, chemistry and biology as their main subjects. A B.Com student is not eligible to answer NEET if he/she doesn't have a science background in 11th and 12th.

The Attendance matter depends on the college you are in . The college decides the attendance theory and applies.

But I guess,in every college and every stream  there is a Criteria of 75% attendance. 75%  attendance is mandatory for every student to attend the respective College Examinations.

But

Sanjay, it isn't clear if your daughter was born in Rajasthan and studied in Rajasthan until her 10th. But by studying her 10th and 12th in UP, though she is not a resident of UP, she qualifies for UP Domiicle thereby qualifying for UP NEET State Eligibility. You can check
