This completely depends upon your interest. If you're interested in making a career in Dental field, go for BDS otheriwse you're required to have a career in medical which requires an MBBS seat. MBBS is better than BDS if you ask me in general. Only high ranking NEET

As per your question, I would say that as you have got 345 marks in ap and you are from sc category then you have chances to get bds in your preffered college mentioned above . 

As from sc, you have reservations of 15% in aiq and state quota

If one discontinues with BDS ,he/she is free to join any government medical college .But I would suggest you to leave BDS only if you have fair chances of getting a seat .Also ,you would be eligible to write neet next year ,but you can do so while
