Hello student as per source its tough to get admission in government medical college as we all know that seats are very limited and admission is directly based on category rank and your category rank is good. I request you to plz wait for counselling if not in first there's might chances you'll get admission in 2nd round.

I am sorry to tell you but with a score of 289 in NEET UG 2019, I don't think that you will be able to get any government or private college for BDS even if you belong to SC category. I advice you to drop a year if you're determined to get a seat and appear in the examination again next year. I hope this information was helpful!
