You didn't mention your category which plays a very important role. If you belong to general category then it's difficult for you to get admission in government colleges of MP under 85% state quota but if you belong to sc/st category then congratulations you can get government medical

The marks secured by the aspirant is low compared to the cut offs because considering the previous years cut off marks, this year's marks are higher. So it will really difficult to get a government college be it MBBS or BDS. But you might try for some private colleges

The Cut off marks is not definite for Jamia Millia Islamia. Every year it will depend on the no.of students applying for the course. 

Last year the NEET cut off Ranking for general category was 11093 and cutoff marks was 484 and percentile was 98.470644.

Your said is very low for the any government medical colleges of Rajasthan or for the other states. There is no government medical college possible with this marks under the state quota benefit or all India quota.
