sir i have got 449 marks and i am belong to mp is there any chance for mbbs or bds government college and if possible for kolkata colleges

You didn't mention your category which plays a very important role. If you belong to general category then it's difficult for you to get admission in government colleges of MP under 85% state quota but if you belong to sc/st category then congratulations you can get government medical college of MP.

You can only get admission in other state colleges if you participate in 15% AIQ counselling and can only get seat if you have high score which you don't have right now so you can only get seat under state quota.
