Hello student ,
One thing to be clear is that, Jammu in Kashmora doesn't offer seat through All India quota. All the seats, 100% are for the state quota. So, if you dont belong to Jammu and Kashmir, you cannot apply for colleges there, irrespective of the fact that it is mbbs or BDS. However you can go through the following link to know about the cut off's and ranks for the previous years and calculate your chances of selection in your respective state
