As per your said marks and as per the last year cutoff trend younhave no chance to get government college under the state quota benefit also.
For almost all the government medical college the cutoff was more than the 325+ marks closing for obc category aspirants. And you are not near to it. So you have no chance.

Getting a seat is a little difficult with such marks. Though you have a slight chance in maybe 3rd counselling in private medical college of course. As this score is very low.
