My friend got 474 marks(OBC girl) and has domicile of Rajasthan can she get Govt. bds college through AIQ or State counselling?

Well that's a very good rank and she have fair chances of getting good government colleges and the category as to it even more hence increase her chances. I would suggest you to rather go for state counseling as she have more chances to get a top college in that than in all India counseling.

She didnt get govt bds college in round 1 of state counseling..becausw there is only 1 govt bds college in rajasthan..

She didnt get Govt BDS college in round 1 because in rajasthan there is only 1 govt bds college and else all are private. Though she didn't not fill BDS colleges in AIQ in round 1 and opted for BDS COLLEGES in round 2. She stiill has chances?
