CAN I DO B TECH AFTER completing BCA?? nd wht its benifits? nd job?

There is no piibt in doing Btech after bCA as you will sinply waste 4years and you shall be still hilding undergraduate segrees.

You should rathergo for MCA or Mtech in CSE.

Btech post BCA is simply not recommended as its repetitive and hasmore or less similar curriculum.

You have chances for some government aided colleges.It depends upon the course you need.My friend ECE got Anna Univ with a score of 30(SC/ST) last year.So you have fair chances

Yes GATE exam is both useful for the admission in MTech courses as well as for recruitments directly in some of the PSU (PUBLIC SECTOR UNITS).
You just need to prepare for thoroughly.
