BTech : you would be able to study all the basic concepts related to a field
B Tech + M Tech : basic concepts + research, publish paper in specific area from the vast topics of your field

It charges Rs. 1500 for BE and Diploma to degree programmes, though there is no mention whether this amount will be charged per semester/year. But if you go by the Institutes’ fee structure for year 2012 fee won't be too much. It charged only about Rs. 2500/- per
