First thing there is no free seat type of thing.

And for admission in nit or IIIT S you have to secure minimum 75% marks in boards ; so with this score you are not eligible.

You can go in other colleges in hich have less percentage criteria

Sorry but KIIT doesn't have much facilities for chemical engineering and chemical technology, thus doesn't provide this course.
