Indian institute of Technology (IIT's) are the pride institutes of our nation offering Engineering course. Nanotechnology is one of the Engineering course only few Colleges provide it. IIT's won't provide BE in Nanotechnology But they provide ME in Nanotechnology. IIT Roorkee and IIT Delhi provide masters degree in Nanotechnology.

Yes you can apply for b.tech and any graduate degree.For b.tech u need atleast 50% marks in your 12 standard it will be very good if you have 60% marks marks since many companies demands for your carrier i.e 60 % in your 10 and 12 both including b.tech also
