There is a relaxation for other categories.

For psu recruitment you need to appear in GATe exam in Electronics Engineering or Computer science engineering. 

However if VIT does bring any PsUbased on Btech aggregate marks you can surely be eligible for it.

Jamia does not have their own entrance exam for the B.Tech programme. In order to be eligible to apply for the B.Tech programme, candidates will have to appear in JEE Main 2019 entrance exam. In order to know about the details, check the link which is given below.

Minimum 75%aggregate marks in 12th is must in General category.
