Yes, you can enroll in Ma Journalism and Mass Communication. Masters in  Mass Communication and Journalism is a 2-year course pursued after the successful completion of the graduation (any stream) of education from a recognized educational institute or university with a minimum aggregate score of 50%. 

There is an Aptitude Test for the admission to Diploma Holders in Engineering. The exam will be Objective type questions & test duration of the exam is 1hour 30 minutes. The exam is not tough as the other competative exam, With little hard work you can easily crack the exam

Yes, Both the stream candidates can apply over any application untill anyone mentioned to get it filled by Information Science or B.Tech Information Technology.

If you have PCM subjects then you can go for B.tech CSE programme but you need to check the age eligibility of the exams, For JEE Main which is National level exam, You are not eligible, Others you can check your state or University level exams.
