You must qualify NEET to enroll in the course, according to the rules of the Ministry of AYUSH and the National Medical Commission. With 60 marks, you will unlikely qualify NEET to take BAMS/BHMS, as the qualifying cut off is generally higher (approximately 130-140 for general category and 105-115 for reserved categories, though it is different each year).
