Rutuja,
Since BAMS and BHMS are added to NEET on last year only, it's a bit tough to predict the Cut off marks. Well, it is near about 290 according to last year. But without clearing PCB you cannot take admission in either BAMS or BHMS.

For getting a BHMS seat in a government college, you should be scoring a minimum of 400. Though the marks vary each and every year depending upon the college you want to get into, depending on your domicile state. To increase your odds of selection you should atleast get 400-450 for a BHMS seat in OBC category.
Hiii...
As per your query about marks cutoff.. I would like to tell you it varies very year... It depends on lots of factors like difficulty level of paper and number of students getting that mark etc... It also depends on.. It will be different for Government, Private and Deemed medical colleges.... Also it will differ you applying from All india quota 15% or State quota 85%... Cut off of state quota is usually lower than all india quota.... Now in each of these quota its further divided into categories like OPEN/SC/ST/OBC..... Etc..BUT GOING BY PREVIOUS YEAR TREND A BAMS, BHMS SEAT is obtained around 450 - 500 marks range..Hopefully it helps
