Cutoff marks in NEET 2018 is 119 out of 720. Here minimum marks for OBC/SC/ST to qualify is 96.

Both the courses have their own scopes. So , i cannot tell you which one is best as it highly depends upon your area of interest . But if we talk about future oppurtunities , then BHMS has an edge over B.Pharma.

Based on your NEET 2018 score the chances seems to be less to get a seat in Government colleges for BHMS programme but you can try for the private colleges.
