You have already gives your best in all the 3 attempts so according to me you should have to join a college according to your choise it is a very decent score for admission in mbbs.

For further taking drop for 1 year is not at all a good option since you have already taken so you will waste your precious time and a year of life if you will again take a drop..

With this rank I cannot see chances of getting a seat in NITs, IIITs, GFTIs as per last years cutoff. I will suggest you to go for other state counselings, many states like Maharashtra, M.P, Punjab, Odisha, Haryana, U.P, etc. conduct their state counselings every year and provides admission in many well reputed private as well as government colleges.

Cutoff is not same every year, it depends on so many factors, but for reference you can see last years cutoff for IIITs, NITs and GFTIs.

The Bihar MBBS counselling 2020 for 15% AIQ seats, central and deemed universities will be done by Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) on the basis of scores in NEET .
