Last year the closing rank for government medical colleges in Bihar under 85% State Quota was 17000 ( all India rank ) for general category. This corresponds to a state rank of 1224. Now, this year there are 1100 seats in government medical colleges in Bihar under state quota. So the closing rank for this year will be more or less in the same lines as last year.

In order to appear for Delhi University LLB Course, candidates are required to pass graduation in any discipline from a recognized with 50% aggregate, in case of reserved category there is relaxation of 5%, hence if you clear all your backlogs and fulfill the required aggregate as per your respective category you can appear for the exam.

If you hold the domicile of Bihar, for you to secure a seat in Delhi GMCs, you need to participate in All India Counselling. And 564 marks are a tad less for a seat under All India Counselling because an All India Rank of 23126 with Delhi domicile couldn't secure a seat in Delhi GMCs. You might have a chance in:
