Yes, PCB student without maths are eligible for btech biotechnology in SRM.
This is because
To be eligible for SRM Btech biotechnology, maths is not mandatory.
Students with at least any one out of biology /biotechnology or Maths are eligible.

Yes if your roll number is not there in the provisional allotment list of round 1st then it means that you have not got any seat in round 1st of NEET UG AIQ counselling but it does not mean that you will not get seat in round 2nd also, you can get seat in round 2nd depending upon your NEET UG 2021 score.
