If you want to give NEET exam then you are required to do class 12th from PCB (physics,chemistry and biology).
Since you were an PCM student, you can study class 12th again from NIOS (National institute for open schooling).
After that, if you get qualifying marks in class 12th PCB which is 50 percent for general category and 40 percent for OBC/SC/ST category, then only you are eligible for NEET

Karnataka Examinations Authority (KEA) conducts Karnataka Common Entrance Test ( KCET ) for admission into Engineering, B. Pharm, and Farm Science courses in Government/ University/ Private Aided/Private un-aided institutions in Karnataka State.
If you are qualified in KCET then you can take admission in Engineering, Architecture , agriculture, pharmacy, Horticulture etc.
To get into engineering, one needs to qualify PCM subjects (Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics) and for other courses, PCB (Physics, Chemistry, Biology). If you write PCM, then you'll get an engineering rank for seat in an engineering college.

Neet examination for at least two subjects which includes biology/biotechnology, physics, from can choose code 2 from the Neet qualification code for 2021 as their eligibility code. New form new pattern of neet questions in subjects that every subject has two sections, in section A where is 35 questions and in section B there is 15, questions out of these 10 questions should be attempted, for the subject biology divided into two parts one is botany and other is zoology. For each part of biology subject there is 35 + 15 questions out of which 35 + 10 questions should be attempted. Questions carry forward marks. Number of questions is 200, 180 question should be attempted in 3hrs. For every wrong answer 1 marks will be deducted and unanswered questions should be e for no marks. Total 180 questions for 720 marks.
There is no subjects as additional biology. Biology is a main subject divided into two parts botany and zoology for the candidate who passed from national is open school or state open school and their subject is biology as additional biology biotechnology their code will be 2
