Every year, during the month of April-July period, candidates are admitted to the Intermediate/ Under Graduate/Post Graduate programmes. The admission process is simple and transparent.
I think your daughter has a chance to get admission in this college but to be on a safer side, you can also apply in some other good colleges.
Eligibility: • Under-graduate: Intermediate, 10+2 or any other equivalent course. • Applications are issued in the college office as soon as the results of the qualifying examination are announced. Application forms can also be downloaded from the college website. Downloaded forms filled and sent by post must have attached a Demand Draft(D.D) for Rs.200/- for Intermediate and Rs.300/- for Degree in favour of the Principal, Maris Stella College, Vijayawada. • The filled application form together with necessary enclosures(clear and complete instructions are given in the form) must reach the college office within fifteen days of announcement of results. • If the application is found to be satisfactory, the applicant will be contacted within a few days to attend an interview accompanied by a parent. • If selected, admission is confirmed on payment of full admission fee. • Admission to the PG programmes is made on the basis of the Common Entrance Examination(KRUCET/ICET) conducted by the affiliated University.
The candidate must have acquired a minimum aggregate of 50% in the qualifying examination.

Of course you can study B.A. Economics. The basic eligibility criteria of B.A. Economics says that a candidate must pass 10+2 from a recognized educational board or university with a minimum aggregate score of 45%. If you have a score equal to or more than 45%, you are totally eligible for the course. The course fee charged in India vary from institute to institute. The average course fee ranges between Rs. 25,000 and Rs. 3 Lakhs.

Coming to your question as you didn't specified any particular state in which you want admission in government College of Forensic Science. So the minimum eligibility criteria for Bachelor Program is 10+2 with minimum aggregate of 70% in science stream. So according to your percentage you are eligible candidate and can get selected . but admission process may differ according to various state level entrance exam conducted every year for admission process.

But there are some other topics which you can study from any outside coaching or any any prominent institute. The topics are ecology, genetics, human reproduction, plant and human physiology, pedigree chart. Here you can focus more than the contents given in ncert.
