Hello

You can apply for a re exam in all the subjects along with adding biology or you can just give the add on exam by NIOS (National Institute of Open Schooling). The best option will be to apply for the on demand examination which is specifically for additional courses

You cannot take Biology alone as an additional subject. You should have studied Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics and Biology but Biology should have been an additional subject. You might have to study Physics, Chemistry and Biology again from NIOS and not just Biology alone according to the rules. Because to be
