For the first time, BITS is offering an ECE degree to students enrolling in 2021.   BITS Pilani is very well for the EEE department, which is regarded as one of the top EEE degrees in India due to its research and staff.

The whole phoenix section for eni, eee, and ece is the same, with very minor differences in these courses (nearly all are the same), implying that professors in all three branches will be similarly good.

Most of the companies (especially IT companies) allows students of every branch to sit in the placement process. To mention the names, For mechanical engineering in BITS , the recruiting companies are BHEL, ISRO, Mercedes Benz, Toyota, Maruti and Ashok Leyland . Other than this, students are allowed to sit in other companies such as Microsoft, Bajaj, Birla, Wipro, Dell, Amazon, LTI, Uber etc. It depends on your skills and knowledge that how you crack the interview.

Yes , the BITS Dubai campus is as good as other campuses of BITS in India. It also holds equal importance on the basis of Academics and Placement records. There is no lateral entry admission in any of the campuses of BITS including pilani campus. The only exam for undergraduate admissions is BITSAT. apart from bits, iits nits has no lateral entry admission process. you have to appear in diploma state wise entrance test like jelet for west bengal, bihar polytechnics entrance test etc for admission to state government colleges.

Seeking admission in bits Pilani is that exactly what you have asked ,yes you can get admission after diploma in specific branch with right qualifying mark ,

One must have to write bitsat to get admission in bits Pilani,and eligibile must be minimum 75% and combined with 60% in other subjects in 12th .

If you aim to get a seat you need to start scoring 225/450 marks atleast.to get your desired branch.

The BITSAT cut for 2020 was 336, for the year 2019 it was 342. So you have a good chance of getting CSE at BITS Hyderabad. Please be mindful the cut offs vary every year. The above approximation is based on the previous cut off trends.

Also, if there are more candidates with the same score, then PCM marks will also be considered to allot a seat.

The officials have not declared the dates for the BITS counselling yet. It is expected that the officials will soon release the counselling dates. Keep an eye on the official website for the latest information. Birla Institute of Technology and Science conducts BITSAT counselling process 2021 in online mode. BITS Pilani shall conduct BITSAT 2021 counselling and seat allotment after the declaration of results in 5 or 6 iterations. You will have to register in the official website for counselling whenever they start.
