Hi! BITS Pilani is undoubtedly one of the best private Engineering colleges out there. It offers Bachelors’ in Engineering degree in various fields like B.E. (HONS) in Chemical, Civil, Computer Science, Electrical and Electronic, Electronics and Instrumentation, Mechanical and Manufacturing Engineering. The fees for the first year this course is 4.23 Lakhs, with an yearly incremental increase. The percentage of students placed in 2019 were 82.08%, and their average package (BE & ME) and their average package was 14.86 lacs per annum.
Hope this helped!
Hi! Sadly, BITS cutoffs are finalized at the discretion of the institute itself. Being a private college, the whole procedure is not as transparent as, say JEE's procedure. Nevertheless, keep on a lookout on their website, sometimes they do make changes and you might be able to get the desired course.
My personal example- Last year I scored around 340 marks in BITSAT. Based in previous trends, I assumed the cutoff would be such that I would get Mechanical in BITS Pilani. However, till the last iteration, I did not get it. I was quite disheartened, but at the last moment, in the last iteration, I got the course!
So, keep your hoped up. All the best!

Hello lucky sharma , Average package of BITS Goa for CS branch was 24 lakh per annum and average package of BITS Hyderabad for CS branch was 12 lakh per annum. I think both colleges are good but there are some difference between them is placement.
So take on the basis of above details.
Hope it will be helpful for you :)
If you are getting Computer Science and Engineering be it in BIT Mesra Off Campus' or at BIT Bangalore or wherever, take that over any other branch or institute.
Else BMSCE Mechanical seems a better option. BMSCE also has been experiencing good placements in last few years, with being located near Industrial and IT Hubs at Bangalore providing further impetus to training and placements.

Hi Aspirant,
Birla Institute of Technology Mesra, it has a good track record in placements and academics with computer science and engineering as when compared to recent years it shows well performance in CSE Branch, The highest salary offered in BITS is 40 LPA, and the lowest salary package offered is 4.5 LPA.
You can go with BITS MESRA.
hi,
see cutoff score changes in every year and it depends on certain factors like number of applicants, questions difficulty level, seat matrix, seat matrix etc. cutoff score is different as per the campus wise. according to previous years analysis, you have decent chances for pilani, goa and hyderabad campus. however I would suggest you to wait for till the last stage of counselling and lets see whats come around.
all the best for your future.
It is difficult to say which is better as both have a huge name and importance associated with it. Most importantly I feel like it is your choice and expectation. Try to choose the one which provides you with all things you imagined. Another thing I would suggest is that if you worked very hard and were very determined to get into a IIT then I would say choose IIT Goa. Obviously new IITs do face a few issues but if you want the IIT tag then you need to adjust. But then again don't just go for the IIT tag if you are not really sure because BITs does offer you many facilities which the newer IIT might not be able to provide .
Hope you got your answer.
Good luck.
