I don't think there is a point in sitting for the councelling if you haven't cleared the cutoff. The cutoffs haven't been released yet and you need to make this decision once they are released. Also you need to have above 75 marks in top 5 subjects in 10+2 examinations

To get a seat in any branch of any campus of BITS Pilani, you need 220+ marks in BITSAT exam.
As you have scored only 100 marks, so you won't be able to get a seat in any branch of any campus of BITS Pilani.
