BITSAT is a tough exam and thus you need to prepare badly for the exam. See there are three bits campus Pilani, Hyderabad, goa in India. Out of which Pilani campus is the famous one. For Hyderabad campus the Cutoffs are low but again for cse you'll have to score around 350 to get the college. For that you should join test series online to improve your speed which is the key factor as you'll get extra questions if you complete the questions before time.

BITSAT 2020 Eligibility Criteria
Qualifying Marks: Candidates more likely than not scored total of 75% checks in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics subjects.
