You should choose LNMIIT instead of Bits Pilani Goa because you have interest in CSE.

Let me tell You that Bits Pilani Goa campus is not that much reputed when compared to Bits Pilani,main Campus.

So only that name is there of Bits Pilani.

If You have high interest in Cse than you should definitely choose that only as studying ece would involve different subjects and would deviate you from your interest.

as you got 3895 rank in the JEE-ADVANCE it will be diffiuclt you to get in the

top and most good IITs as the competition is very high

as you scored good marks in the BITSAT you can easily grab seat in the CSE deapartment in the BITS

Firstly, I would appreciate your decent efforts in JEE mains and BITSAT.

Regarding, NIT due to more a reservation policy, our meritious general candidate is deem to suffer losses.

Hence, you can expect GEN Non-EWS seats to be alloted to a more higher ranking than previous years.

Hence seeing past trends and with experience, 

The best NIT possible is NIT Jaipur, (though you have not mentioned the state quota)

Regarding BITS Goa and BITS Hyderabad, both the choices I consider to be better than NIT Jaipur or similar NIT as they have a better peer group.

So, I would prefer

BITS Hyderabad >  BITS Goa > NIT

You will get to know that with 69 marks you aren't eligible to get a seat in the bits Goa campus.

However, the admission process begins with counseling on the date that will be mentioned on the official website of BITSAT. Then you will have to report to the college with the original documents for your verification then finally you will be admitted after payment of the admission fee.

First of all electronics and communication is a very good field. Electronic engineering is an electrical engineering discipline which utilizes nonlinear and active electrical components to design electronic circuits, devices, VLSI devices and their systems. These professionals might work for commercial, industrial, military or scientific companies. ECE engineers expertise in managing large scale research, conceptualizing, designing, developing and testing of the electronic equipment used in latest communication devices and other handy technological equipment, such as smartphones, tablets, processors, smart wrist watches, smart LED TV's, etc. 

IIITH is better than BITS goa. 

1. Faculty : IIITH is much better than that of BITS goa. 

2. Curriculum: IIITH has a better curriculum.  It is well designed and has more courses than BITS goa. 

3. Technical Culture: IIITH has a better technical culture. 

4. Research : IIITH consist of more opportunity for research than BITS goa. 

5. College life at IIITH is more strict than BITS goa it includes 85% attendance policy.

BITS Pilani doesn't offer intermediate degree courses like B.Sc, B.Sc( Hons), B.A, B.A ( Hons) etc. It offers Integrated first degree programmes like B.E( Hons), B. Pharm( Hons), M.Sc, M.Sc(tech). It also offers higher degree courses like M.E, M.Pharm, M.Phil. Other doctoral programmes are also available.

Talking about physics, the programs offered are M.Sc Phy and Ph.D phy only.

As per 2018 cutoff , you stand a fare chance of getting mechanical engineering in BITS goa campus.

I think you should go for Bits goa because over there you will have a better overall college experience and good educational environment.

Also Bits is known for its ample of opportunities in various domains of engineering life.

I think you should go for it.
