Coming to your question I would like to tell you that at this marks you will not get any of the engineering branch in any of the campuses of the bits Pilani sorry to say that , but yes you can atleast give a try ,

Yes it is definitely possible but very difficult. In the bits institution you get an option to upgrade your branch after the first year results.
If your results are among the top students then you can surely switch between branches.
But let me mention that it is very very difficult

My friend has got admission to NIT CALICUT EEE and BITS GOA EEE . What should I advise him ?

Congratulations to your friend for securing such great colleges. so if you want to compare the colleges then NIT Calicut will be a better option than BITS goa, because of following reasons:

1. NIT Calicut is a government college and BITS Goa is a private college and the value

Is it likely good but the bits bits pilani is best option. You can consider bits Goa as second campus of that college. Also bits Goa is also very valuable cause it gives good placement and academics record. But bits pilani is best for its the main campus

both BITS and IIT hydrabad are are premier engineering institutes in india, IIT is way better in terms of teaching, placement and value. you must go for iit without a second thought.
