Dear Aspirant,
To get a seat in the top NITs you have to give JEE main exam and score a top rank and along with that you need to be in the top 20 percentile of your respective board. For CBSE board that requirement is 75% marks in the 12th board.
The required subjects are Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, English, Elective.

If you get more than 75% mark in PCM in 12 standard and qualified VIT entrance exam under 300 Student then you will able to the CSE seat at VIT in other top percentage criteria is also followed in VIT.

This year VIT has updated their eligibility criteria due to covid19 pendemic and one needs to secure 60% in Higher secondary examination to be eligible. Taking thus into account you have got wonderful percentage in 12 th and will get CSE there.

With this percentile and board marks, you have some chances of getting into Computer Science programme at VIT Vellore. But you can not be 100 % sure that with these marks, you will ge a seat. Since, this is the first time the admissions are being done on the basis of Board marks, it can't be said clearly as of now. But seeing the relative performance, you have some chances of getting into it.
