I got 93.46 percentile in jeemains and expected to get 88% in my board exams. can I get seat in sastra university

Naufal Mohamed 2nd Jun, 2020

The cut offs will be different for the different courses of the same university. Whereas when it comes to your boards score, it wouldnt really affect your placement. You just have to have more than 75 percentage on your 12th grade.

Hello,

TOFL is an exam necessary which is accepted by many abroad universities.

In my opinion you should apply for TOEFL after your board exams because you will get enough time for the preparations and it actually depends on your capabilities whether you will take more time to prepare for the exam or not.

if I got low marks in neet 2020 and my GSEB Gujarat BOARD EXAMS 2020 then if I do my 12 th whole year again then apply for neet 2021 then what will be my code ?

priyaankasarkar Student Expert 10th Apr, 2020
If you appear for your 12th in 2021, then your code will be 01. Because you are appearing for 12th as a whole in 2021. But if you appear for your 12th in 2020, then your code will be 02 and this is because you completed your 12th in 2020.

Hrisheekesh Singh 8th Apr, 2020

Hi Om,

As per the eligibility criteria of NEET 2020, you are required to obtain minimum percentage in Class 12. The minimum percentage marks in PCB subjects required are mention below:-

  • UR - 50%,
  • OBC/SC/ST - 40%,
  • PWD - 45%

If your percentage are higher than these according to your category than you are eligible for NEET 2020.

Even if you change Board or do 12th again, you will be eligible for NEET Examination.

You may refer to this article for more information about NEET Eligibility Criteria 2020.

Feel free to ask doubts in the Comment Section.

I hope this information helps you.

I am a CBSE class 10 student, who has just cleared board exams.. I am an aspiring IIT jee student. I came to know that many toppers have started their preparation since class 8-9 onwards. I havent prepared fully for IIT in my 9th and 10th standards. can I still get CSE branch any of the top 5 IITs?

Pankhuri Kumari 7th Apr, 2020
Dear student!
Nothing is impossible. If you have an ultimate goal of getting into IITs, nobody can stop you. And, don't compare yourself with others. Every person has different ability and talents. You can definitely get into the top IITs if you work hard for it. More than hard work, work smartly. Know the syllabus well. Prepare as per the pattern of question paper. Solve as many previous year question papers as you can. And keep your basics clear. Practice and practise. Because, practise makes a man perfect.
Hope this helps.
Good luck!

I can fail to get 75% in board exams in 2019,then I fill improvement of all 5 subjects in 2020 but I can only give 1 exam. so, their is any possibility so that I can take 75% in board exams. please tell me.

Pankhuri Kumari 29th Apr, 2020
Hii Hardik!
The only possibility is when you work hard on it. You need to study well for the improvement exam if you don't get 75% in class 12% as per your wish. If you are allowed to take only one subject for improvement, take a subject in which you can do well and get more marks, the subject you find easy compared to others. Study well. Solve previous year question papers. This will help you gain good marks.
Hope this helps.
Good luck!

how much percentile i need in jee mains,,if I didnt get 75% in board exams so that I eligible for advanced

Anurag Khanna 6th Apr, 2020

Hello,

Hardik, if you are not able to score 75% in intermediate board exams than you should be in top 20 percentile of board results otherwise there is no chance to qualify JEE-Main even your score is 100 percentile.

If you want to qualify JEE-Main and want to appear in JEE-Advance you should secure top 20 percentile or 75% in board examination.

For more details about JEE-Main you should read this article .

Good Luck!!
