NWAC board is a valid educational board recognised by AIU so , you aren't going to face any problem regarding this.
But as per your marks are concerned , you have very less chance of getting any private college with such low marking

The minimum aggregate marks you need for admission in BSc nautical science is 60% in PCM and 50% in English language at 10th or 12th board examination. hence you are eligible for the said course. Please note they have two BSc courses applied nautical science and nautical science.

Hope you’re doing well

The eligibility criteria for appearing for VDO exam is that the students should have completed their 10+2 from UP board only. And minimum age to appear is 18 years.
students from any other board can not take the exam.

Im from AP ...our board will add both 11th and 12th marks ....i didnt write my 11th exams because i was tested positive and now even if i score 95% percent in 12th ...mu total would be less than 75% ...will i be able to get into an NIT in the year 2022
