Hello yash,

I assuming you are possessing both first and second board certificates of intermediate. In that case you need to submit the second year certificate for the jee advanced.They only look for the percentage of marks obtained(Qualifying marks is 75% in inter).

see cutoff score depends on certain category like number of applicants, questions difficulty level, seat matrix, students category , domicile etc. you did not disclose about your category and domicile of states, which is Important to predict the probable colleges. since nits has 85% seats reserve for the domicile

Yes, you are eligible for NITs.The minimum marks required for qualifying the eligibility criteria in +12 boards exam is 75% to get admission in NITs had being removed by NTA.

Yes, it will affect very deeply, as during counseling you will asked to apply the passing certificate of your respective boards. And if the seat alloting this year is done online then you will be rejected from the counseling as it will not match the record that you had entered
