Yes, you can pursue a masters in Biotechnology after botany. Most of the institutes conduct an entrance exam for the same. You can either apply for JNU centralised entrance test or the individual conducted by different universities. There is a minimum of 60% marks to be scored in b.sc.

Christ University- Eligibility criteria for admission is candidate should have passed any UG degree examination with 50% aggregate marks and 50% marks in the cognate subject from any recognised University.
