The minimum education qualification required for B.P.Ed course is that the candidate should have completed Bachelor’s degree. As you are asking after 10+2 level you will not be eligible for the course. You need to complete your Bachelor’s degree first. There is only one college in Delhi with B.P.Ed

For BPED courses you need to pass the 10+2 examination and if with Physical Education then you will be preferred more than others.
