325 in NEET is quite a good score for BPT courses. Though, getting into a government college is not certain. Still you can try for it, as there is a high probability. Do not lose hope. I assume you have applied for the counselling, go for it.

Diploma in Physiotherapy (D.P.T.) is a professional course in medical nursing. The course can be pursued after successful completion of the 10+2 level of education in the Science stream from a recognized educational Board. If you want to pursue Physiotherapy, it is not mandatory to clear NEET entrance

If i am not wrong and as far as i know You don’t need NEET marks for admission in physiotherapy. You can correct me if i am not updated or not informed.
